myinvestiGator is a business intelligence tool specifically tailored to the needs of reviewing sponsored projects. It enables you to view customizable lists of sponsored projects and personnel. To search for specific projects or people, click the Search option located in the top menu bar.
The Projects drop-down menu provides quick access to your project lists. To view a project list, point to the Projects drop-down menu in the top menu bar and then click the list you want to view. The selected list then displays on the Portfolio Summary page.
The People drop-down menu provides quick access to your people lists. To view a people list, point to the People drop-down menu in the top menu bar and then click the list you want to view. The selected list then displays on the People Summary page.
• The Portfolio Summary page displays customizable lists of sponsored projects. Each project displays on its own row, and the columns in the list display details such as the project description, budget end date, budget amount, and available balance. To view a summary of a project, just click its row.
• The People Summary page displays customizable lists of sponsored project personnel. Each person displays on an individual row, and the columns in the list display details such as the person’s name and UFID, department information, and job details (Job Title, Base Salary, Annual Fringe Amount, Fringe Rate %, Salary Admin Plan, FTE, and Employee Status). To view a summary of payroll information for a person, just click the appropriate row.
