UFHR recognizes that our community of faculty and staff is our greatest strength. As such, we oversee a variety of programs dedicated to honoring exemplary service and continued dedication to the university’s mission.
This program recognizes faculty and staff members who contribute outstanding and meritorious service, efficiency and/or economy, or have created an impact on the quality of life provided to students and employees.
Each year, Florida’s Government Productivity Awards honor state employees for their achievements in areas such as process improvement, technology integration, and creative problem-solving.
The Service Recognition Program honors staff with at least five years of continuous service.
This award is designed to recognize the outstanding service of long-time employees retiring from the University of Florida.
A two-and-a-half-inch medal, this award is given for outstanding service or contribution to the university.
A two-inch medal, this award is given for significant service and loyalty to the university.
