360° Mindfulness series returns next week
360° Mindfulness group sessions will return for the Fall 2022 semester beginning Sept. 12. Offered by UF Mindfulness, the group meets online via Zoom from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. each Monday throughout the fall semester. Visit the UF Mindfulness website to view the full schedule and register.
