In a recent article, Natalie Dean, a UF assistant professor of biostatistics specializing in infectious disease, and others discuss how asking for help can be a calculated risk to take for the sake of sanity.
“The key is thinking about your network and your bubble and who is entering and exiting, and what are the places disease can enter in,” Dean said.
